summit county manager | Gerente del Condado de Summit
Reporting to the Program Director, the Summit County Manager serves as a key team member and an active participant in designing and implementing strategic planning affecting and growing The Cycle Effect in Summit County. This position requires a self-starter that can work independently while moving the organization and County program forward.
● Full-time/Year-round position pay range: $51,000 - $55,000
● Benefits include: Health and dental insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement match contribution, wellness stipend. Bike Industry benefits can include discounts on bikes, a bike to use while employed, gear, pro discounts, etc, when available.
● Other benefits include: Flexible work schedule, hybrid work schedule, possibility for bonuses, staff days with various team-building adventures from staff bike rides, team lunches, ski days, fat biking, yoga, and other activities.

Empowering young women through mountain biking to create brighter futures and build stronger communities on the Western Slope of Colorado. We operate in Eagle, Summit, Mesa and Routt counties.
The Cycle Effect works to provide young women equal opportunity and access to the sport of mountain biking.
