about

What began as an organic and enthusiastic women's mountain bike team, Mujeres y Pedales (Women and Pedals) is now an official program of The Cycle Effect! The Cycle Effect delivers this weekly program in an inclusive bilingual setting for Spanish-speaking women ages 18+, many of them newcomers to the sport of mountain biking. By increasing access to outdoor recreation, more women of diverse backgrounds can experience the social, emotional and physical benefits of mountain biking.

Mujeres y pedales Team Guarantees

Connection: Fuel your spirit throughout the week by joining a group of likeminded women who celebrate achievements and each other through mountain biking.

Mountain Bike Skill Improvement:  Develop and enhance biking skills in a Spanish and English bilingual setting - no experience required!
