The Cycle Effect is governed by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors that provides oversight, ensures alignment with our mission, and holds our leadership accountable. We follow all local, state, and federal regulations and adhere to nonprofit best practices. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 46-0961369).
